Can I change what's in my subscription?
Absolutely. Add a new favorite, remove an item or swap products anytime from Manage Subscription.
How do I change how often my order ships?
You choose every 30, 60 or 90 days when you subscribe, and you can change it anytime from your account.
How do I skip, pause or cancel?
Tap Manage my subscription (you'll be asked to sign in first if you aren't already). From there you can skip your next order, pause, change your frequency or next order date, or cancel.
How do I update my address or payment?
Tap Manage my subscription and update your shipping address or payment method there.
Will I know before my order ships?
Yes. We'll email you a reminder before each order is charged, so you have time to make changes.
What if something in my subscription is out of stock?
We'll let you know by email and suggest a swap. We never swap anything without your okay.
How much do I save?
15% off your first subscription order, then 5% off every order after. The savings are built into your subscription price – no code needed.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Nope. There's no minimum number of orders – skip, pause or cancel whenever you need to.
Can I use a discount code on a subscription?
Your subscription already includes its own savings, so most promo codes are for one-time purchases only. Check each offer's details.
