Where are my points?
Your points are saved to your Momentum account, so you'll need to be signed in to see them. Sign in with the email you shop with, then tap the Carnivore Crew Rewards button at the bottom of any page to see your balance and rewards – or check the Carnivore Crew box in your cart. Never created an account? Create one with that same email and your points will be waiting.
Does it cost anything to join?
Nope! Carnivore Crew Rewards is completely free. Create an account and we'll give you 50 points to get started.
Do I have to be signed in to earn points?
Yes! Make sure you're signed in to your Momentum account when you shop. Purchases made through guest checkout don't earn new purchase points.
How do I use my points?
Sign in to your account, open the Carnivore Crew box in your cart, and choose a reward. Click Apply Code to add it to your order before checking out. No copying and pasting required.
Do my points expire?
Points expire after 12 months without earning or redeeming activity. We'll send you a reminder before that happens.
Can I combine my rewards with other discounts?
Carnivore Crew rewards can be combined with eligible sales and promotions. Some promotional offers have their own restrictions, so be sure to check the offer details.
Can I earn points when I shop at my local pet store?
Carnivore Crew purchase points are exclusive to eligible purchases made at momentumcn.com. Purchases from independent retailers don't earn points through this program.
Do my previous Momentum purchases count?
Yes! If you've shopped with us before, your purchase history helps determine your starting rewards tier. Previous purchases don't earn new purchase points retroactively, but eligible customers with old Pet Points balances receive a separate welcome bonus.
When do I receive points for referring a friend?
You'll earn 300 points when a new customer uses your personal referral link and places their first qualifying order. Your friend will receive 20% off their first purchase.
I made a purchase but didn't get points. What happened?
First, make sure you were signed in when you placed your order and used the same email associated with your rewards account. Refunded orders won't earn points, and taxes and shipping aren't included in point calculations. Still missing points? Email us at hello@momentumcn.com with your order number and we'll take a look.
What happens to my points if I return an order?
Points earned from refunded purchases are removed from your account. If you redeemed a reward on a returned order, contact us and we'll help review your points.
Is there a birthday reward?
We celebrate birthdays through our separate Celebrate Your Pet Club! Sign your pet up and we'll send a birthday surprise their way. Join the club
Who can join?
Anyone with an eligible Momentum customer account in the United States. Wholesale and retail-partner accounts aren't eligible.
