How It Works
1. Apply
Complete our online application and review the program agreement linked in the form. By submitting your application, you're agreeing to the program's terms and conditions.
2. Get approved
We'll verify your 501(c)(3) status and email your invitation within 2 weeks. Invitations expire after 30 days, so keep an eye on your inbox!
3. Activate & set up
Accept your invitation to access your unique code, referral link, and earnings dashboard. Be sure to set up automatic payments so you're ready to receive commissions.
4. Share and earn
Share your code and link with your community and earn 20% on qualifying sales! Commissions are paid 30 days after each sale, once your payment setup is complete.

In addition to our Affiliate Program, Momentum for Good offers a limited number of Annual Product Partnerships. Each year, we select 3–5 nonprofit organizations to receive complimentary Momentum treats and chews through a one-year partnership.
